After we receive your faxed form and verify your business information and seller's permit number, you will receive our Catalog and gain full access to our website and wholesale price lists.
Purchase orders may be submitted via the "PLACE MY ORDER" tab located on the atop black menu bar. You may also print-out, fax, or email us purchase orders by downloading our "PURCHASE ORDER FORM (PDF)".
All completed and invoiced purchase orders must be paid (in-full) prior to being shipped or picked-up. Invoices can be conveniently paid for on our Website using any of the following payment methods: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, PAYPAL.

RETURNS or EXCHANGES
We carefully and individually inspect the craftsmanship, finish, and size of every wedding band order prior to shipment or delivery. However, if a factory defect or an oversight on our part is detected on any item received, you may contact us within 10 calendar days of the Invoice date to request an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Depending on the issue, we will either fix or repair the item, or exchange it for you.
You may return an item for store credit only (no refunds) which will be applied towards your future purchases. You must contact us within 10 calendar days of the Invoice date to request an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Return shipping costs are absorbed by the customer and the item(s) must be returned in the same “brand-new” condition they were received in without signs of alterations, wear, or use.
A 15% restocking fee will be charged to accounts that we find are consistently abusing the return privilege and/or returning items that clearly show wear or use on them.
Any items that are “altered or worked-on” in any way by the customer or by independent Jewelers after receipt are non-returnable.
Laser Engraved (personalized) items requested to be returned or exchanged are subject to refinishing fees ($25 minimum), or refusal.
Custom and special order sales are final.
PRICING ON CUSTOM ORDERS
If your custom order is in Gold or Platinum, we will give you a close estimate on your cost prior to production. Upon completion of your custom order, your final cost (more or less) will be based on the current Market price of the particular precious metal your order is made of on the day it is completed and invoiced. Custom orders in all other metals will be quoted a piece price.

The hues of the images may slightly differ from the actual items due to the printer ink settings and from the professionally enhanced images. Hues may also differ slightly viewed on certain monitors.
